@FloridianDev Developers are capitalizing on Live Local Act Law and it recently updated ,allowing developers even more power and bypassing local restrictions. It is happening all over Florida. It will forever change our landscape, skyline and destroy our coastal communities.
@CNN Please don't let the billionaires buy the Florida election. Ken Griffin and many other special interest groups gave millions of dollars for Byron Donalds so they can use him as a tool for their own special interest. Florida's environment will be destroyed. Vote for David Jolly.
@Cathy2NotToday Great information. David Jolly has the best plan. Jolly is what Florida needs now. Byron and his wife will be no good for Florida . Vote Jolly.
Here’s our choice , Florida
David Jolly (Democrat)
“Education: Proposes a "10-year renaissance" in public education, increasing state funding via tourist taxes for early childhood care, mental health, and higher teacher pay. ( YES!)
Calls for stricter rules, oversight, and transparency for private/charter schools accepting public funds. ( yes!)
Homeowner's Insurance: Proposes creating a $30+ billion state-managed catastrophe fund to take over hurricane/wind coverage from private insurers, aiming to lower premiums by 60% to 70%. ( YES)
Local Governance: Prioritizes local control. Opposes state-mandated audits, preemption of local laws, and the state removal of locally elected officials. ( YES)
Healthcare: Supports Medicaid expansion and direct, statewide primary healthcare delivery across all 67 counties regardless of ability to pay. ( bring back human dignity)
Growth & Data Centers: Seeks to revive 1985-style growth management laws requiring infrastructure before development. Wants a 1-year moratorium on large data centers to study their impact, with a potential permanent ban ( NO .. we don’t want them!).
Immigration & Policing: Opposes state mandates requiring local law enforcement to assist federal immigration officials. ( yes)
Proposes eliminating the Florida State Guard. ( yes!)
Government Ethics: Calls for reopening investigations into the state's Hope Florida financial handling. ( yes!)
Byron Donalds (Republican)
Education: Focuses on expanding private school choice ( HELLO ERIKA💰💰) , providing performance bonuses for top teachers, and offering free tutoring for third graders. ( Erika$$ META AI GLASSE$💰)
Insurance & Healthcare: Rejects state-backed insurance funds in favor of tort reform, insurer transparency scorecards, and anti-fraud measures. Opposes Medicaid expansion. ( no)
Governance & Growth: Supports expanding state-run audits of local governments, streamlining permitting to spur housing construction, and preserving the Florida State Guard. ( no)
Data Centers & Immigration: Permits data centers as long as they follow state environmental rules (e.g., producing their own power and adhering to strict setbacks). ( we are already in a water crisis. Let’s talk about the 24/7 droning signs and environmental impacts )
Backs local police cooperation with federal authorities for deportations.( no .. even Grady Judd says NO. Not what they sb doing)
The choice is clear @davidjollyfl
Y’all just love to LIE!
Jolly isn’t proposing to end school choice. His plan would:
• Means test taxpayer funded vouchers
• Require voucher schools to provide specialized services comparable to public schools
• Hold schools receiving public dollars accountable for academic performance
• Limit tuition increases that simply absorb voucher increases
• Invest substantially more in Florida’s public schools
@CBSMiami I trust Jolly. I will 100pct vote for Jolly. I do not trust a convicted felon , a twice convicted felon. Byron and his wife are so wrong to lead Florida. VOte Jolly.
@Swamp__Watch Also, don't forget that Erika Donald's father, Clifton Fred Lees was indicted on federal charges of insurance fraud and conspiracy in a major financial fraud scheme and Erika served on corporate structures alongside her father. These are NOT the people we want to serve FL.
The Donalds family is corrupt
Not fit to serve
“Further, state and federal financial disclosures reveal a long-running, yet previously unreported, financial relationship between the congressman’s wife and State Rep. John Snyder (R-Stuart), an aggressive advocate of charter schools and the owner of a firm that provided payroll services to Optima-affiliated academies and an extra salary to Erika Donalds.
Neither Erika Donalds, her husband’s office, Snyder, nor Optima responded to calls, texts, or emailed queries from Florida Bulldog regarding this story “

The Orlando Sentinel and South Florida Sun Sentinel on Friday published a secret state report showing how property insurers ship money to related firms whose profits are kept secret. https://t.co/sbK9WtWU7d
My dad’s Workdays started with a simple idea: you can’t truly serve people unless you understand their lives.
What began in a high school classroom grew into more than 400 Workdays alongside Floridians across our state. He worked their jobs, listened to their stories and learned about their lives. And as his daughter, I got to watch those experiences change him, too.
Dad taught me that leadership isn’t about standing above people.
It’s about standing beside them.
Listening.
Learning.
Showing up.
That lesson has stayed with me my entire life.
And every time I have the opportunity to spend a Workday alongside Floridians, I feel incredibly lucky to carry a little piece of his legacy forward. ❤️
Democrat @davidjollyfl is currently leading MAGA Republican Byron Donalds in the Florida Gubernatorial race.
He is a moderate, former Republican who knows what Florida wants. Listen to our interview with him below:
Fla @davidjollyfl today talked more about his plans for insurance, including battling what he calls a "corrupt" system protected by Fla Leg and would be kept in place by @ByronDonalds if elected. Vows to take executive action to curb ability of insurers to shift profits
