Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has done what few in Nigeria’s political elite dare to do: he called out Presidents Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar and told them the hard truths that their families, friends, and sycophants will never whisper in their ears. He stated
"Let’s be honest, it is painfully obvious that President Tinubu lacks the stamina and strategic vision to lead beyond 2027".
"His current trajectory shows an aged man pushing himself for purely selfish reasons, clinging to power not out of patriotic duty, but out of personal ambition".
"This is no longer a debate among critics; even his most loyal supporters see the cracks.
If he truly loved this nation, he would have groomed and handed the baton to a younger, more vibrant candidate for 2027—someone with the energy to match the demands of a 21st-century Nigeria, not a leader who seems exhausted by the weight of his own office".
"As for my Senior brother, H.E Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, I have supported his presidential bids in the past. I respected his persistence and his decades of experiences running for president. But for 2027, it is a firm NO from me. Forget the age He's presenting in public—we all know the numbers doesn't reflect the reality of his real age".
"The real issue is that Atiku's political ideology remains trapped in the old order".
"At his old age, he should have taken a bow after 2023, transitioned into an elder-statesman role, and thrown his weight behind a younger very competent candidate with a fresh, anti-corruption mindset. Instead, we see the same recycled playbook, the same alliances of convenience, and the same transactional politics tagged around him.."
"The bitter truth is this: Neither Tinubu nor Atiku offers anything tangible to move this country forward".
"One is visibly fatigued warned out; the other is ideologically fossilized and aged".
"Both represent a past that Nigeria desperately needs to outgrow".
"If we continue to recycle these men, we are not voting for progress—we are voting for stagnation, decay, and a continued assault on the hopes of 200 million Nigerians".
My Final Thought On Hakeem Baba Ahmed's warnings :
2027 should not be about "the lesser of two evils." It should be about a definitive break. If either of Tinubu and Atiku are the only options on the ballot, then the election is already lost—before a single vote is cast. We must start now, today, to build and support the right alternative that is credible, competent, and courageous enough to say no to both men. And that new Nigeria would be championed by the partnership between Mr. Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

Calling out bad governance is the Pinnacle of patriotism.
If you cover for bad leaders because they are from your tribe you are an unpatriotic ethnic leaning bigót.
You hate Nigeria!
There is no current record of income and spending of the Federation today.
None
Budget Office, DMO, CBN, MoF: no Federation record of income, Expenses, Assets, or Liabilities is current up to a 30-day cycle. I know where to check, nothing is current.
So how can citizens like myself "hold" my government to account?
Can you imagine going to a PLC and pulling up their accounts page and seeing "please check back"
“I will create an environment where every Nigerian feels a true sense of belonging, free from discrimination and exclusion.” — Peter Obi assures Nigerians.
The ICPC has uncovered 908 ghost workers across federal MDAs, recovered ₦942 million, and identified the Nigeria Police Force as having the highest number of suspected ghost workers.
Buhari left Nigeria with ₦75 trillion debt. Tinubu has added ₦80 trillion to it in borrowing. Yet, we have not even implemented the 2026 budget.”
— Senator Adamu Aliero
“If you don’t want an Igbo man as President, don’t beg for the Igbo man’s vote. If you reject Igbo support for us then, don’t come asking Igbos to support you either. Igbos are Nigerians, not foreigners.”
— Buba Galadima to APC government.
Kwankwaso is saying he's not just going to start blowing his trumpets now but after 2027, they'll find out who owns the North.
Peter Obi said he's certainly going to win the 2027 presidential election.
What thing I really admire about these men is their courage.
And you should be scared when Obi and Kwankwaso are talking this, because there must be a reason behind this conviction.
Since their active politics, these guys have never made empty threats before.
You as common Nigerian can’t even apply for U.S visa. Yet the first family are in the U.S getting Directors seat at the world Cup at almost $100k for all of them. Mind you Nigeria is not even at the World Cup.
When will you people have sense. I’m talking to the APC folks that can’t even eat. When will you guys have brains.
Another harmless gist 😅
Yesterday, one APC data girl and one Obidient guy was having a head-to-head debate about Peter Obi's performance.
The Obidient pointed out Peter Obi's financial prudence as a good quality of a national leader.
The APC data girl got offended and quickly invited grok to the debate. She challenged grok that a visionary leader shouldn't be saving money when there's a need for development in various sectors like health.
And that was how grok scattered the remaining one leg of her writing desk. Grok took its time to educate her a visionary leader invests in development and uses fiscal prudence to sustain it.
Grok went ahead to inform her that Peter Obi's administration built Anambra's first teaching hospital, upgraded/constructed multiple general hospitals, added over 170 primary health centres, gave grants to mission hospitals and earned the Bill and Melinda Gates recognition for polio eradication progress. And all were achieved while maintaining transparent savings and no new debt.
And that was how she abandoned the debate. 😅
I don't think Peter Obi is a real Human Being.
But if they check and he is, then he definitely is not a Nigerian.
His father has questions to answer.
1. Peter Obi rejected #700m monthly pension as Ex Governor.
2. Peter Obi rejected lands given to Ex Governors as part of their entitlements.
3. Peter Obi rejected #500m House & Furniture Allowance as Chairman of Security & Exchange Commission, SEC, Abuja 2015.
4. Peter Obi rejected $1m dollars as prize money for being the First & Best Governor to achieve the 2020 Millennium Development Goals, MDGs.
5. Peter Obi rejected the offer of an Oil Well, one of the reasons Nigerian Politicians k!ll to attain Abuja Status.
6. Peter Obi rejected the allocation of millions of naira for the set up of office of the First Lady. Insisting that his wife was not an elected official.
7. Peter Obi rejected the proposal to share the State annual budget on percentage with the State House of Assembly leading to his first unlawful impeachment.
8. Peter Obi handed over about #75bn in cash & assets after 8yrs as Governor, rejecting to convert it to personal use like other Governors did.
This man has conquered man's most natural, intense & vicious appetite...Greed.
I want someone to prove just one of these statements to be false.
Peter Obi is the Man
We are all OK
Politicians Want People to Think Their Votes Don’t Matter, But They Do – Falana
If it didn’t matter, they would not be doing everything within their power to try and influence results. If votes didn’t matter, there would not be vote buying. If there is an overwhelming majority of people moving a certain direction, it will be impossible to cheat that.

"Under Jonathan, there was one school kidnap and Nigeria including the whole world went after Jonathan.
Under Buhari's eight years in power there were about ten school kidnaps and under Tinubu's three years in power there have been more than ten school kidnaps and the whole world is quiet."

Strengthening Development Through Partnership
Yesterday, I met with the Swiss Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Patrick Egloff, and we had a productive and engaging discussion on our country’s developmental journey, with particular emphasis on the critical sectors that drive development: education, healthcare, and lifting people out of poverty.
I expressed my gratitude for the invaluable contributions of the Swiss Confederation to Nigeria’s development, especially its support for critical economic, cultural, humanitarian, and peace-building initiatives, particularly in the North-East.
Building stronger partnerships founded on shared values and a commitment to human development remains essential to creating a more prosperous and inclusive Nigeria.
