In Maine, the top two candidates are 0.04% apart, while third party candidates have 8.2% of the vote. Spoilers, right?
No! Maine has ranked choice voting, so supporters of these candidates will still have their votes counted, as officials see who their second choices are.
I have called Mr. James Goss to concede the CB1 race. Thank you, @JEGoss13, for your statesmanship through this campaign.

NOTE: This is also campaign suppression. Democratic candidates and volunteers should be knocking doors. Instead, we have to be cleaning up the mess the clerk has made.
