@virginmedia Ive now been told that to get my ticket number, they will need to raise a new ticket further delaying the original problem resolution date. That cannot be true and doesn’t work like that in other organisations who use tickets and escalation points through a CRM system

@virginmedia No I didn’t receive a ticket reference and because I can’t get emails I did ask how I would revive an update and was told I would be text or called. I will live chat now to get my ticket reference
. @virginmedia can you confirm if you have a sync problem or are no longer supported with the #Calendar App on #iphone ? All my meetings have disappeared. It seems that only #Outlook#Exchange & #iCloud will work with the calendar

.@virginmedia this #email issue is becoming a joke. It’s been 4 days now and I’m not receiving emails as normal. Not downloading from server or just taking hours. Compensation? 15+ yers as a customer may change in the next few days
