Being able to have your work posted by the club you’ve always supported feels surreal! Can’t wait to see how Odegaard does for the gunners! 🔴⚪️

🚨Reports suggest Mikel Arteta’s number one midfield target this summer remains as Newcastle United’s Sandro Tonali.
The Italian midfielder, valued at around £100million by the Magpies, was offered to the Gunners late in the January window but no talks took place at the time.
Would you like to see Sandro Tonali under Mikel Arteta at the Emirates next season?👀
Growing up the Europa League was always seen as a secondary comp. Nobody was putting it in the same conversation as winning the Prem. If you’d tried to compare the two you would’ve been laughed at. It’s funny seeing people now act like they’re remotely equivalent achievements 😂
Guys downplaying winning the Premier League like it’s some nothing trophy because we didn’t finish 2nd so they shift goalposts every time. Lol we are so so back
Mental how little has been made of Chelsea finishing 10th. Not sure it’s registered how insane that is. TENTH! Arteta with Cedric, Holding, Pablo Mari, Ceballos, Pepe etc never sunk that low. Their midfield duo cost a combined €237m alone.
Emmanuel Petit on Premier League clubs mocking Arsenal after the final defeat:
🗣️ “I have to say, I found it embarrassing.
The second Arsenal lost, some Premier League clubs couldn't wait to jump on social media and remind everyone about their European trophies.
That tells you everything.
Instead of supporting an English club representing the league on the biggest stage in club football, they were busy celebrating Arsenal's pain.
For me, that's not rivalry. That's insecurity.
Arsenal were 90 minutes away from doing something special, and rather than show respect, people were desperately searching through the history books for old trophies to post online.
Why? Because they were terrified of seeing Arsenal join that club.
Let's be honest, some of these clubs spent the entire season watching Arsenal compete at a level they couldn't reach.
The jealousy was obvious.
The moment Arsenal fell short, they treated it like they had won something themselves.
That's the mentality of people who would rather see Arsenal fail than focus on their own success.
The trophy may have slipped away, but the reaction from some rivals showed exactly how much Arsenal still live rent-free in their heads.”
@stephentho225 Your last 6 posts have been about Arsenal and you don’t even support us. You’ve literally proved my point. Opposition fans spend more time talking about Arsenal than their own clubs. Yet I’m meant to believe we’re the unbearable ones.
Looking at who’s actually available, I can’t see many 6/8s who elevate this team. Maybe I’m wrong, but for me it’s Vitinha, Neves, Valverde and Pedri and none are realistic. Elliot Anderson maybe? But I can’t see him leaving for anyone other than the Manchester clubs.
Rodri speaking at the PFA Awards last year: “It’s all about your mentality, you have to play every game to win, not draw.”
