@UnderstoryBard@EdLatimore I’ve had the exact same experience. With BJJ you have to completely become comfortable with very uncomfortable situations and learn to sit and think in it
Do more of the things that make you feel good after they’re done and less of the things that make you feel good in the moment and worse after.
More hard conversations. Hard workouts. More meditation.
Less scrolling. Over-eating. Staying up too late.
Your body is literally telling you what it wants.
@chrismwojcik@peejdall As a white belt currently I definitely see why people quit. I get smashed every class every single week, but then new people come in and I can actually see progress. That being said I can’t stand being bad at things and refuse to quit.”
@Erik96754@Clint_Bo_Bint@lonextrades@markminervini@MarkRitchie_II Observe market themes —> deep dive to confirm and find nuances —-> build trade factory and constantly reiterate when needed. Build all weather edges when possible. I’ve read every trading book under the moon and nothing changed my life more than Pradeep
@Erik96754@Clint_Bo_Bint@lonextrades@markminervini@MarkRitchie_II Market moves are inherent in nature . every morning when people wake up they want a warm drink. it’s your job as a trader to be the best coffee shop with the fastest times and the best service. Just a metaphor, you want to build your strategy around these recurring observations
If you aren't building something that leads to the life you want, even if it's "only" 30-60 minutes a day, you will by default stay in the same life you're in, building things that allow others to live the life they want. 30 minutes can, in fact, start the snowball.
