@SandCResearch What are the implications for training - if diet doesn’t affect the recovery should we be careful where these workouts are conducted during training and competition?
@mwkeenan larger riders will naturally sweat more as have a larger surface area and not as efficient in heat. Smaller riders - less surface area. Durbridge is a larger rider hence more salt due to higher sweat rate. Not necessarily due to fitness.
@sweatscience@GregLehman@CaulfieldTim@picardonhealth@mackinprof I reckon it’s a bit age dependent - sure when I was 20-30 even 40 I could just take off at full speed - warming up didn’t make a huge difference but from 45 onwards warm up makes a massive difference.
@sallypearson Amazing career, very courageous to keep going this long and fighting back through the injuries. Your performances have been extremely motivating and awe inspiring! A great role model for anyone in sport! Congratulations!
@PAFC Kicking efficiency is always poor, stupid handballs, defense is always strong, attack is always poor, set shots close to goal were pathetic! Fix this and you will make finals!
@PAFC You need to improve your kicking efficiency, stop with stupid handballs, more composure and practice goal kicking!! Won’t win another game if this doesn’t change. Nothing to do with players out!!
