The Anglican Health and Community Network (AHCN) are meeting to discuss the theme "Trust, Hope and Confidence: Equipping Anglicans in Health".
It's being hosted by the Anglican Church of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui) between 13-15 October 2024.
Meeting on the third anniversary of the AHCN's launch, the network will reflect on progress made, and discuss ways to strengthen its collective mission.
In a time when communities face conflict, resource challenges, and public health crises, this meeting will serve as a space for sharing experiences, developing strategies, and building trust.
Pray for the AHCN as they discern and plan for the future.

At #UNGA, an annual gathering of Faith Leaders hosted by @UNAIDS and @PEPFAR to celebrate progress on HIV/AIDS. Data shows the program's impact, but the story of Juliana brought it beyond statistics! @CMMBTweets was alongside many other FBO groups since the program's beginning.
The Anglican Health and Community Network supports Anglicans working in health care, whether in clinical settings or the community. Dr Ben Bronnert Walker spoke about the functions of the network.

Spirituality and healthcare are sometimes seen as opposites or their connection dismissed entirely. However, this new book from a group of talented scholars on global health challenges that neglect, unravelling the changing debate across the last 75yrs. Well done @winiger_uzh !
