@maybedanielleee Agreed, every company should be using multiple tools along with human processes and review. None of the stacks are sufficient. And even then, there's likely still a vulnerability.

@AnonymousTrucka@atutruckers@boneheadtruckrs Most brokers would and are trying to avoid using those drivers. Unfortunately, the FMCSA and Fed Regs don't provide enough information to vet down to driver level. Best any 3PL can do is verified to the company level.
We will hold states accountable for giving licenses to dangerous foreign drivers. Some can’t speak English and aren’t even in this country legally!

@thefreightnerd We've certainly been noticing this. And since freight volume is down, there really isn't another explanation other than shrinking capacity.
I suspect it's the large number drivers that either didn't have CDL's, illegitimate ELD, non domiciled or flat out off the boks drivers.
