Feel for @lcfc, they have lost to 5 of the top 7 teams as it stands at the minute and going into the season serious fans wouldn’t have predicted a top 7 finish! #lcfc
Dear @demontforthall what part of your sustainability policy talks about making people drink out of plastic glasses! What’s wrong with the glass bottle the drink is provided with! It’s 2022 now….
Clients obviously didn’t hear the bit where Boris said ‘don’t cancel Christmas parties’. This is turning our industry off but without providing any support…
@BradleyVarnam What was that weird noise we all heard in the stadium through the PA system during the second half?
Sounded like you left your mic on close to a group of small children….
From how to tell if a referee is too far behind play, to telling off Gazza.
Welcome to Seen Them Given, a brand new podcast about refereeing and the big decisions of the season with @HACKETTREF.
So before the first big controversy of the campaign how would you settle this?
For the first time in 18 months we will be able to deliver “in-person” events again with no social distancing, QR codes, masks or COVID passports - AMAZING👍👍👍
Read the government guidelines last night. Seems to me that what we are in now is not a lockdown, it’s Tier 4 + schools closed!
If it was a proper lockdown, garden centres would be closed for example. It’s stay at home, unless you need bedding plants!!
This weeks virtual event from the studio was seen by over 300,000 people.
Virtual events are great, but I can’t wait to get back out to site and deliver events to an audience!

@seanfarrington@bbc5live Events companies such as mine, who have had no government support, still managed to pivot to online and deliver amazing virtual events.
The government should put us in charge of more things they are struggling with as well, we would sort that out for them!
It’s not just a #clicker that @BorisJohnson thinks is unviable, it’s also video techs to get the slides to fit on the screen!
There are lots of clickers available at auction at the minute from events companies that the government have forced to close!

@annita_mcveigh by capping events at 30 people the government are claiming that we are open but in reality venues & suppliers have had no work or support since March. As an AV company we are still paying rates, didn’t qualify for a grant and lost 90% of income! #bbcyourquestions
Following government guidelines, our charity event at Wormsley last month went ahead! Thank you to our sponsors and those who attended, abiding by the rules and raising money for The Lord’s Taverners! https://t.co/ry4AppYGDF
