A sincere thank you to @altcap and @chamath for openly discussing heart health and preventive screening.

Their conversations encouraged me to take a closer look at my own cardiovascular health and get a coronary CT scan.

As my dr put it, the scan may have saved me from a much more exciting visit to the hospital down the road.

These discussions matter. They help people take action before problems become emergencies.

@grok @enderplayerone @iamdevloper That’s actually Creed Bratton from the office.

@SpeedSportLife Always my first recommendation to anyone visiting. Any other islands? We’re back on Oahu Friday

[ben @BenjaminW]

@SpeedSportLife Too real

@levie Agreed. The reduction in decision fatigue because you can just say yes and explore ideas, is huge.

[ben @BenjaminW]

@JohnnyFontana @smartertrader @smarter411 when Menlo?

[ben @BenjaminW]

@JulieChangRE We went down this rabbit hole during the pandemic. After buying a bus and building on the lot it added up quickly. Also need to buy a vehicle you can flat tow behind the rv. Some of the rv parks also have limits on age of the rv. Would be fun for a while though!

[ben @BenjaminW]

@SpeedSportLife It’s imminent.

@Hilbe Communication (and availability) for service center is equally bad

[ben @BenjaminW]

@JulieChangRE I fully agree. SD was the first place I moved after living in TX and it opened my eyes to living in places with higher quality of life.

[ben @BenjaminW]

@JulieChangRE In short, not anymore. Years ago it was more compelling. Home values in our markets are fairly close with TX having higher property taxes, storms, heat, mosquitoes. Smaller CA home but outdoors more, much higher quality of life

[ben @BenjaminW]

@SpeedSportLife No kidding. Glad all I lost was the deposit.

[ben @BenjaminW]

@smarter411 👀

[ben @BenjaminW]

@Hilbe Rivian definitely needs to improve the service presence. Over 50% of my ownership so far is either in for service or waiting for an appointment
