CLOSED BORDER: You may have heard about a massive migrant caravan heading to the border. Democrat NGOs have been spreading the word that after the midterms, the border will be open once again. DHS is taking the threat seriously and plans to deploy heat-ray weapons to the border to repel the invaders.
When I posted this two years ago, I had no idea how bad my health would get. I’ve undergone two rounds of stem cells, nearly died last October, and have a thyroid tumor. If you worked in that zone, keep getting monitored. We still don’t know what was in that dust.
@ScottMechkowski@KAOS_in_CONTROL@Phase2Deport A final order of removal doesn't necessarily mean that all legal options are exhausted. Depending on the circumstances, a person may still qualify for other forms of relief or have grounds to reopen their case. It's case by case basis, it doesn't cancel existing removal order
@shipwreckedcrew Detainees have not been deprived of liberty any more than a person jailed for civil contempt has.
The unauthorized alien holds the key to his or her own jail.
Appeals courts are divided on which of two statutes apply re detaining illegal aliens while removal proceedings are pending. One says "No Bail" and the other leaves bail up to the discretion of the AG -- that means bail is possible so a hearing is necessary.
Those are statutes passed by Congress, and the Court has agreed to decide which of the two applies to illegal aliens arrested in the interior of the country rather than at the border.
A SECOND issue -- separate from the statutes -- is whether the Constitution, i.e., the Fifth Amendment's Due Process Clause, is a basis separate from the statutes that requires a hearing.
"No person shall be deprived of liberty without due process."
Due process is generally defined as "Notice" and "Opportunity to be heard." The "be heard" party has been interpreted to be hearing when liberty is at stake.
Judges finding that aliens have a right to a hearing have made that finding on two separate grounds -- the statute passed by Congress, and independent of that the Due Process clause.
The Fifth Circuit's decision rejects the Due Process Clause argument.
BREAKING: The Fifth Circuit, sitting en banc, ruled that immigrants who entered the U.S. illegally can be detained during deportation proceedings without individualized bond hearings, even after living in the country for decades, reversing three orders granting their release.
Mark my words. They're going to push siRNAs (small interfering RNA) as a means to counter vaccine damage by silencing genes for Spike, Prion, and Amyloid, but if you stop taking them, the illness recurs. In other words, they force you to subscribe to life itself, which requires maintaining a bank account, digital currency, digital ID, et cetera. If you're cut off from money and services, you lose the siRNA drugs. If you lose the siRNAs, you die. They're trying to turn us into Jem'Hadar from Star Trek.
North Carolina high school student who went viral for hitting his teacher has been smacked with felony charges & is being charged as an adult This is how it’s done.
17-year-old Aquavis Hickman has been indicted on assault and kidnapping charges for two separate incidents.
