I’ve been doom scrolling so I have decided to share some of my camera role before my day job is back in season.

Poppers. Simple. The trick is to roll the bacon tight and place it on a wire cooking rack instead of using toothpicks to secure it (see photo).

I use an offset or Santa Maria style grill so cooking temps/times are subjective. Yes, an oven will work too. Just don’t use sugar to season, unless it’s in the cheese filling or at the end but just long enough to caramelize

I don’t care what you put inside, as long as it’s cheese, jalapeños and bacon….it’ll be delicious

@NickRogersBTL I think that the gotcha from the other side of the aisle is that it’s primarily ground based generators being used in the Colorado River Basin (24 from recent reports). Aerial seeding is generally done from smaller airframes that are specific to the effort and low flying.
