This wallet « weight » is 10

On the opposite, someone who held until know 100 UST has a loss of about 90.

Step #1 : list all wallets with UST predepeg & their value
#2 : take snapshots of all these wallets everyday / at key depeg moments
#3 : compare remaining amount of UST each time and evaluate the « loss »

-> Fair value for everyone
