Y’all ok with that? Louisiana sits at the mouth of the Mississippi River, one of the most important commercial arteries in the United States. We have some of the nation’s most important ports, enormous oil and gas infrastructure, refineries, petrochemical facilities, pipelines, LNG facilities, Gulf access, and valuable land and water resources

Our elected officials decide who gets contracts. They approve tax incentives. They regulate industry. They make appointments. They write laws governing private property, energy, water and infrastructure. They make decisions involving assets that matter far beyond Louisiana.

In other words, there are countless reasons a foreign adversary might have an interest in who controls Louisiana.

But I’m sure we’re fine.

Heritage ranked us #4.

Trump won and we have a Republican majority. (Don’t worry about former elected Republicans who are now lobbyists for China)

We’re not a swing state.

And we can’t independently audit the vote to prove any of it.

But I am sure it’s all good. Bring in Smartmatic.

If you’ve been to any of the SOS’s talks on Louisiana’s election system, you’ve heard the same lines: that Louisiana ranks #4 on the Heritage Foundation’s election integrity list, that our system isn’t connected to the internet, that it’s “air gapped.”

This video explains, simply and clearly, the problem with the air gap.

And one has to wonder about any ranking that puts Louisiana at #4 when we have no paper trail, no way to audit our elections, and no way to independently verify a result.

Why would Louisiana be any different?

Our officials act less like elected servants and more like they’re completely untouchable.

Republicans don’t rage online promising to vote Democrat unless they know something is wrong.

Why was turnout so low? Because people don’t think their vote counts.

We have a Secretary of State who spent two years gutting transparency and accountability, and after 5 years of asking for paper ballots, there is still there is zero way to audit. The SOS blames the citizens.

If this doesn’t make you want to get up and fix it, nothing will.

If they can put a serial number on every dollar bill, why can’t we do the same for ballots? Serialized, hand-marked, counterfeit-proof, paper ballots, hand counted before certification. This isn’t rocket science.

No one mocked Luke Letlow. No one celebrated his death.

To characterize the video that way appears to be an attempt to shift attention away from the issues it actually raises.

The criticism is directed at your public record, including your votes, policy positions, financial disclosures, stock trades, and potential conflicts of interest.

Those are legitimate subjects of public scrutiny for anyone seeking elected office.

Criticism of a public official’s record is not an attack on a deceased family member. And it’s not mud slinging.

Louisiana voters deserve answers to those questions.

Well Oiled Machine and Julia Letlow

How do we fix Louisiana? Become an informed voter.

Why do campaigns with the most money win even when the candidate is a corrupt crony? Why can’t we ever seem to get ahead?

Louisiana has suffered from corruption for the last century. The people who held power created a well oiled machine that is running full speed today.

The same cast of characters have been in the shadows for decades.

They’ve enriched family, friends, and themselves at the people’s expense.

Right now there are good, intelligent people across Louisiana who are genuinely excited about CCS projects and data centers coming to their communities. They’ve been told it means jobs, roads, schools, and Economic development. Billions coming in. And they believe it because it was marketed brilliantly.

What they haven’t been told is that generations of tax dollars are paying for it. That there is no market for what they’re selling. That if federal $ ended tomorrow, it would go away. There is no taxable product. The billion dollar companies have even been given property tax exemptions.

The job requirements that used to be the condition for receiving those massive tax breaks were quietly removed. The Governor signed it away. No jobs required. There are construction positions for five years, then gone.

What remains is a dump site with the pipelines, the expropriated (property taken from middle class Louisianans), risks of water and land contamination, the extracted resources, the possible end to oil and gas, and communities still waiting on those roads and schools, wondering where the money went.

Julia Letlow is THE machine’s candidate. Her network proves it. They are out in FULL FORCE.

They have the money to spread lies and command attention. They only need to take your attention. They have a governor who trades endorsements for loyalty and punishes those who won’t comply.

An uninformed voter is not a free voter. He is simply a managed one.

If only we had honest investigative journalism.

Inform your family and friends, and one person who doesn’t know. Tell them to do their own research and ask simple questions, like where is the $ coming from? What happens if these pipelines leak? Why won’t Julie Letlow do a televised debate? Hasn’t that been a right of passage up until Kamala Harris came along?

An informed Louisiana can’t be held down or easily manipulated.

And they know it.

They have the money and the machine, but we have the people. Spread the word.
