Not long ago United Healthcare approved my doc submitting for Decipher genetic test. Weeks later after the results came back I got a letter saying they denied it and I was gonna be out of pocket nearly $5k. Thankfully it got corrected but holy hell they suck.

@Kateness8 When my PSA level first reported as high back in 2023 doc and I were discussing possible causes. He goes "recent sexual activity can raise PSA levels" and without thinking I said "doc, I haven't had sex since the Obama administration." He did not laugh. I cried a little.
