@russellhoward#Hometime shout out to these community nurses who have supported my return to clinical practice and are working hard to keep patients safe https://t.co/mn0wxvScMn.
A big thank you 🙏🏼 to the wonderful ICT Thurrock for making me welcome and helping me brush up my clinical skills🥴.I couldn’t be with a better team . Nothing beats the humour of a great team finding the positive 😀
Want to make sure our scoping review includes first-hand accounts of patients &
families who’ve been involved in a serious incident and/or investigation in
NHS: anything from POV of someone who’s experienced the process. Grateful for recommendations. Thanks!

I commend those who fought for this. 2 wks is still incomprehensible. A child has only just had a funeral. What about the care of traumatised siblings & your child stays a child all their life. BBC News - Two weeks of leave for UK parents who lose a child https://t.co/ByiW7nAsj8
@xlxbirdiex @WeDistrictNurse@WeNurses@theRCN Whilst I can see why this perception may come about anyone who’s worked in the community knows that at the point of care it’s just your skills as a DN and the patient and their family. This autonomy surely uses and develops new skills.
