@lynneevans51 @Suchmo83 However, I am an English teacher, so those lessons do need more interaction, as opposed to explaining content and concepts then sending learners off to try some questions themselves. It might be entirely different for maths or science, of course.

As a secondary teacher myself, I just had a think about how that would look and realised that I’m mostly facilitating rather than lecturing (in the nicest possible way). A normal lesson is kind of like tennis really and needs interaction.

If they already feel loneliness and rejection. To be seen as more expendable than others exacerbates this. There are a lot of moral and ethical concerns here.

@rstannardteach Give them a ring. I’m was with Admiral for a year, got a higher renewal exactly like you, went on a price comparison website to see what else I could get, phoned Admiral and they matched it saving me filling in the forms and changing direct debits etc.
