@TfL Ok but I’m trying to get on from Lock road where the bus stop closed sign has been removed but no buses have come nor is the app updated so there’s big confusion.

The 371 has been closed in Ham towards Richmond due to roadworks. However on the weekend the bus stop closed signs were taken off of them, and buses were running in that direction. No buses have come! Can you give a clear update please!? @TfL
