I have noted with deep concern the conduct of the ADC campaign team. The attacks directed at me, our presidential candidate His Excellency Peter Obi, and our party, the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), are unnecessary and unhelpful.
Rather than focusing on presenting the competence, credibility, and capacity of their own candidate as we have consistently done by placing our credentials and record of achievements before Nigerians, the ADC Presidential Campaign Council appears intent on creating mischief against our party and ticket. This includes attempts to portray us as working for the ruling party or to suggest that we may withdraw from the race in favour of the ADC candidate at the last minute.
The ADC-PCC would be better served directing its energy toward rebutting the serious allegations levelled against their candidate by the Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima, instead of targeting me and His Excellency Peter Obi.
We are aware that the ADC-PCC may try to mislead our supporters on the eve of the election by claiming that we intend to withdraw in their favour. Let me state clearly and unequivocally: we will not withdraw our candidature for the ADC or any other party. We remain confident in our capacity, competence, and readiness to lead Nigeria.
The OK ticket is neither working for nor acting on behalf of the APC or any of its candidates. We see no possibility or reason to withdraw from the presidential race in favour of the ADC candidate or any other. These claims are unfounded and should be treated as such.
The APC-led government has failed Nigerians. The ADC offers no better alternative. We believe the OK ticket presents a credible and viable option, backed by proven capacity, a strong track record, credibility, and broad support across both Northern and Southern Nigeria. It is a healing ticket committed to uniting our country and tackling critical challenges in security, education, agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, the economy, and other key sectors.
We believe the NDC remains the most formidable and viable opposition party in the country. I therefore urge all our supporters and well-meaning Nigerians to continue working toward the victory of our great party.
Nigeria will be OK. - RMK
The supporters of a very popular incumbent president clearly do not want a count & are not interested in a campaign.
They only ever exercise their mandibles to threaten anybody & everybody darkly with everything from losing their wives, to losing their fingers, to losing their habitations or lives.
@SegunShowunmi has gone further to call it treason to do what Obafemi Awolowo & Michael Ajasin did in Ondo State in 1983: have party agents willing to go the extra mile to collect the Form EC8As from every polling unit.
He calls it treason for parties to do that which they are entitled to under law.
These guys should just say it straight: forget the vote, they will #WriteResults.
INEC'S PLAN TO RIG THE 2027 GENERAL ELECTIONS WITH AI
INEC is plotting to rig the 2027 general elections in favour of the ruinous APC by deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI). Suddenly, AI has become an attractive tool for the election management body.
For a nation that has not been able to use AI to solve its intractable security challenges, is it the problem of electing public officers that it can now resolve with AI?
Not even a test run of the efficiency, or otherwise, of AI tools in off-cycle elections? Why did INEC not test-run AI in the Osun polls? Why the hurry to use AI in the forthcoming general elections, just less than 100 days away? Something is amiss.
All men and women of good conscience and the international community must rise to checkmate this diabolical plot by INEC.
A New Nigeria is POssible. We can do it!

Ok, so @inecnigeria already did #AI display of register of voters? That is how they will write & announce #AI result while the NGOs are still busy exhorting people to #CollectPVC!
ARISE NEWS RESPONSE TO INEC LAGOS STATEMENT
Arise News has received a press statement from INEC Lagos State categorically denying our report aired this morning on What's Trending and stating that the display of the Register of Voters was conducted across all two hundred and forty-five registration areas in Lagos State including Alimosho and Shomolu. We take note of INEC's response and we respect the commission's right to provide its own account.
However, Arise News stands by its report. Our findings were based on independent on-ground verification not social media posts or unverified claims.
At the time of our confirmation on Tuesday, the INEC portal displayed a message stating there are currently no preliminary registers to display.
In the Alimosho area, our investigation revealed the register was strictly available on request between 9AM and 3PM and residents were only allowed to check for their own names which falls short of the open public display required under Section 19 of the Electoral Act.
Arise News acknowledges that INEC may have since rectified the situation and we welcome that. But the issues we reported were real and the public deserves to know.
We remain committed to responsible accurate and independent journalism and we call on INEC to ensure that every Nigerian in every ward has full and open access to the voters' register as required by law not access by request, access by right!
Today, the deadline set by INEC in its own timetable for the display of the voters’ register expired, and INEC failed to publish it online.
The statutory deadline is in four days.
INEC has effectively told Nigerians, “Do your worst.”
If INEC fails to comply with the law by the statutory deadline, I expect to see it challenged in court.
....It took @OUKtweets all of a quarter of a century to discover his destiny.
By the time he arrived at the destination, it was top late for him to be considered for a job meant for "....boys". He was already a grandpa!
It does not require close study of this clip to understand that this was a pre-recorded address. @officialABAT was not at this venue in person. The transitions are un-natural, the camera work is a production & everything is an orchestration. The parties to the crime are many. Let them produce the clip of his promenade & a wide angle
I just got a hit of APC & INEC plan for 2027 election.
1. People won’t be allowed to vote.
2. Election materials will arrive late on purpose.
3. There will be violence in 2027.
4. NDC won't appear on the ballot in some areas.
This is w@r at this point o.
We must be ready!
“The times are dire and you have the man @PeterObi . He’s a proven executive but most importantly, he has the moral and spiritual compass that it takes to lead.
I’m a results man and my support for Peter Obi is based on his track record. He was a successful governor, he took no salary, he left money in the treasury, he increased health, welfare, education, roads…..”
— Foreign analyst throws his support behind Peter Obi, states reasons.
the man in this picture? His name is Prof Onuoha.
Reports indicate that he is Wike’s cousin, political ally, and former Special Adviser on Lands. President Tinubu later appointed him as an INEC Commissioner, clearly on the basis of personal and political connections.
In 2024, he was deployed to oversee the Edo State governorship election, where he announced the APC as the winner.
Now look at the kind of people who will be involved in conducting our elections. Do you now understand why Wike boasts so arrogantly about Tinubu’s victory in 2027?”
