@amazon @AmazonHelp I'm assuming better deliveries and fewer vehicles also covers vehicles in rural areas to deliver more efficiently. The responses even though telephone numbers have been added to aid delivery is just drive more miles and try again tomorrow and assume the customer has no plans.

For @amazon @amazonhelp To attempt delivery an amazon driver needs to open a gate to enter the premises, the gate was never opened. You cannot call this unable to deliver . It is not attempted to deliver. Please DM me

@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp Why would you think I haven't tried using the help systems on tracking on amazon. That's not helpful,the 2nd suggestion just goes round in circles and I've updated the delivery notes 3 times now. The mapped pin appears to be in the correct place.

@RoyalMailHelp Appalled by service in a Royal Mail delivery for Amazon to Arbroath which was supposed to be Thursday 16 January, changed to Wednesday. Recipient on the phone, deliverer did not knock, ring , rattle letter box but pushed a will deliver tomorrow through the letter box. Dm me pleas

@CEO_UKTwinds @SharpieDj @ray_ban Or look up Contract Law 101, demand a full refund. They made an offer based on 20% off, you accepted. They charged full price so reneged on the offer , ie contract. Insist on a full refund under contract law, they are also obliged to provide post and packaging to return goods.
