@OfficeOfLGJandK Sir, ur biggest contribution to the women of Kashmir would be to give them functional n safe public facilities and their children safe roads. public toilets remain closed and roads filled with stray dogs. Cant even play/walk safely SMC is a failure despite how smart the city is

Awards mean nothing when roads are filled with strays and waste and locked public washrooms. Its a shame you are celebrating when public is suffering.
