@JSX423 @TheDukeOfStoke On a 45 mph commercial strip, "keep right" rules backfire. The right lane is loaded with side friction blind driveway pull-outs, last-second turners, and curb hazards. Unless the road has no center turn lane, the left lane gives you far better reaction time.
