Absolutely Bang On! Both the points. The fan experience is TERRIBLE! On merchandising, unfortunately it’s treated as the lowest common denominator by most owners and we have had first hand experience of it. That mindset needs to change.

After a very long time ordered an @Olacabs for a rental booking for 8am this morning for 8 hours. At 7.20am received a call from the driver. He asked me if I can cancel the booking and pay him directly. I said NO. Then @Olacabs promptly cancelled my booking without intimating or replacement. Then I remembered why I stopped using this service. Will never again. Ever. Even though I do have great respect for the brand and all that they stand for.
