I just got one call from you guys the day I tweeted this and there was no resolution provided even in that call. I tried reaching you guys out everywhere but no response. This is a heck of customer service 😢.

@cards_uni @bankofbaroda @bankofbaroda your Uni gold X credit card has such a bad experience in delivery. I have been waiting for over more than a month and a card is not delivered to me. Initially a card was dispatched but then RTO and now the new card is not getting dispatched.

@bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO @cards_uni @bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO assigning a customer a card and then getting it blocked without his consent and then not providing him with another card does affect their credit score. It's not a very fair practice to do.

I planned my international trips by being dependent upon your card only and now all my plans are getting disrupted. The same address was verified by @cards_uni and then @bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO is not able to get me a card delivered on the same address for over a month 🤷🏻‍♂️.
