Shipped on ideaFast today.
We used to dig up real pains from Reddit. Now we also turn them into real startup ideas.
Each idea ships with:
- The real job behind the pain
- The buyer and their budget
- A price anchored to a real comp
- The reasons it might fail
Finding the pain was half the job. This is the other half.

90% of startups die building what nobody wanted.
Find what to build from real pain, not hunches.
I made a thing that pulls real pain points from subreddits you pick and shows the receipts so you are not guessing.
Free to try.
small update on what i shipped this week:
you can now type your interest, company, product, or job and it finds the subreddits worth scanning for you.
then it pulls real pain points from those threads, clusters them, scores them, and links you to the actual posts so you can read them yourself.
also pulls from HN and the wider web now. filter by any timeframe.
the whole point: stop building things nobody asked for. find the pain first, build second.

Golden advice!! I had 50+ users on my free plan, all eating up the credits and never converting.
People use temp mail or other emails to sign up and suck all the value.
Put a price on it and match the value. That's the only way for indie founders.
Remove your free plan.
Free users are leeches. They increase support, server costs, and make you build features your paying customers don’t want.
Less than 3% of free users ever convert.
VC startups can afford free plans because they’re optimizing for growth, not profit.
If you’re an indie founder, never give away your product for free.
