@wangtheslang @DocStrangelove2 But still manufactured by Colt. Neither was a new design, but Colt still had issues with both of them. Colt didnt have to reinvent the wheel with the stocks, but did anyway, and it went wrong. Same with the C6, to which Canada paid 3x the price for a C6 to get them made locally..

@wangtheslang @DocStrangelove2 The C6 flex was made by colt canada, a third? Maybe half? Were sent back to colt to get fixed, there was a ton of issues with them. Colt canada manufactured the C19 under license.

@DivebumChef I see the 212CD as something similiar to the cyclone, because there isnt one sailing, unlike the Ks3. I lean towards to thr Ks3 because its sailing, proven and has a shipyard tooled up ready to go, so Canada gets the new capability sooner, rather than later.

@NoahGairn I concur, that write up on Hanwha's proposal was jam packed. Promising 20 K9's in 12 months had my jaw hit the floor honestly. That is a substantial package they are offering.
