I bought a travel card with the app and I could not use it … requested a refund so I could be buy from the ticket office, and I get £10 less than the purchase price I paid .. very interesting

@Se_Railway @Se_Railway I bought a month travelcard on the app to use, however there was no QR code to download. The app recognised my payment but the station would not let me go through as I did not have a QR code .. so I requested a refund on the app so I could buy firm the ticket office

Really bad service from #gwr this Morning. The customer service officer at Paddington station was very rude and patronising. Not sure he realises what good customer service should be. @GWRHelp
