@parcelforce Hi Mayah, I had already submitted a form. The first auto reply I received was sub-par. The second reply was better and very quick, actually. But have yet to receive a third reply. The customer service department is seemingly as disappointing as your delivery department

Poor service from @parcelforce yet again. 2 days in a row apparently I wasn’t home, more like you didn’t show up cause your driver ran out of time to deliver. Does clicking this button and making it look like the recipients problem help your delivery target figures?

@GundamBattleGW Event boost parts limited to that weeks capsule/event/revival? Isnt that just encouraging gatcha rolls for 4*parts boost and aiming for people to buy Haro as the other parts are 3* so %boost less? You have to buy more in the exchange too now? Not great for free play accounts??
@DPDgroup_news I was tracking a parcel last week, tracking stopped when it was collected from your depot with ID as proof. I didnt collect it and the depot was not willing to help. The parcel delivered today with a new tracking number covering the old. Is this normal practice?
@YodelOnline I’m all for contact free delivery, but can your drivers stay a little longer. By the time I got to my door the driver left and the package was not for me, had to take it down the road to it’s correct owner myself. He was tearing his hair out thinking it lost. Not ok!
@parcelforce Your service is flawed. You have a package in your depot for 6 days, track the parcel as out for delivery twice and it didn’t arrive, nobody I spoke to on the phone was helpful just no clue or excuses. Was easier to drive 40miles to depot to collect in person. Awful!
