@parcelforceuk @parcelforce @RoyalMail I booked for overseas delivery (8 boxes) from UK & among them 7 boxes reached India & 1x Box been delivered where been collected, now parcelforce executive claims that 1xBox was from overseas & been delivered to UK address. Please HELP.

@henrya1 @parcelforce I wouldn't bother, we had a parcel delivered on 18th Oct to our works (not) which has a yard locked up, they have put 2 escalation teams on it now with no correspondence, do not deal with parcelfarce again
