My anaesthetist told me after an eye operation that I should have my sleep apnoea checked out so I did and the report told me that I was having 40 sleep per hour throughout the night and some lasting up to 2 minutes I bought a CPAP machine and now I average three events per hour which is probably twice as good as normal
