@jet2tweets my daughter isn’t even 2, her mum does but that’s besides the point, all their asking for is a call to be arranged and if you cant do that, then thats just shocking!

@JohnJet2_ they have filled a claim form out, they want to be contact directly by a customer service agent who can help, the previous agent stated they would get their bags delivered to them yesterday, this never happened. They have been trying to make contact again but no one is answering
