@chartrdaily @thebarrywe Having the newsletters definitely provides more context. Of course almost no one reads the details. They go by the chart. In the Netflix & Disney one we both felt it was very misleading by just the chart & the ad. Thanks for clarifying.
@derekeb I am speechless and just sad. Is there a fund where we can help the family? I realize it is only one small aspect of this tragedy, but looking for ways to help.
@MatthewParvis @FreshCleanTees I think what happened is it denied the card (not sure why). I got notification from Chase of the charge immediately upon hitting pay. Not just an auth but the amount. Then I got your checkout saying it wasn't processed. Checked my chase card and no charge shows.
@FreshCleanTees Hey I tried to order this morning and entered my credit card info correctly. Your site said the security code didn't match, but Chase says you charged my card. I don't have a confirmation of purchase or shipping from you. What gives?
@monkchips@transposit yes! remember the old days? I have traveled a lot since then. Retired for a bit (after yahoo, netflix, paypal, Venmo). Then I started a consultancy and found this wonderful client @transposit and next thing you know I jumped in :-)
