@Breesoverrated What’s sad is the issues baker has right now have always been a problem since he got here. Maybe they weren’t quite this bad but they have been there, people just chose to ignore them. People just love baker the guy and ignore all the flaws he has had
@ChampaBay2025@DevonGarnett This is spot on. Not the fans fault they don’t want to pay money to watch the worst qb and head coach in football. This is also how it is when you live in a city like Tampa. People need to stop comparing it to other places when they’re totally different circumstances
@DevonGarnett A little lesson for you:
When your team sucks for as many years as the Bucs did from 2009-2019 you lose/don’t gain fans
When you live in an destination city you get more opposing fans
When you live in a city with a ton of transplants you get opposing fans
Either way 1 first down for the Vikings essentially ends the game. So you need a stop regardless. And either way they needed a td, the only difference is punting would’ve meant a td would win the game instead of sending it to ot. Makes no sense how people are complaining about it
@LedyardNFLDraft you need to explain to Bucs fans on next pod how going for that 4th and 13 was obviously the right call. It’s mind boggling how people are questioning it. Even as bad as Bowles is that was clearly the right move
@TheSamerAli It’s all baker. The guy is flay out ass. It doesn’t matter who is calling plays when your qb is this bad. And when everyone brings up Liam Coen, yea he should’ve been head coach, but a 50 mil qb shouldn’t need a top tier play caller to be good
@NFLSTROUD Surely Vea will forfeit his 18+ mil this season and then expect a team to give him a big deal at the age of 32 after sitting out a year. Someone might want to tell his agent he has zero leverage. Licht probably laughing at this trade request
@jayRecher Another one, it wouldn’t be like this anywhere else 😂😂😂😂. It’s literally just Canada. Not even New York would this be a topic because they have much bigger things going on. I’m 1000% sure every team wouldn’t care about him doing media when hes carrying the team
@jayRecher Maybe he’d talk more if Lightning media was actually good. No disrespect to anyone but the coverage of the team is so bad. Whether you wanna believe the rumor about Hedman or not, what is true is no one had the balls to actually dig in and find out info about it
@jayRecher He isn’t obligated to speak. Not in his contract. He just doesn’t like to do it. It’s not like when he’s putting up 4 point nights on a nightly basis he’s asking for attention, so don’t talk about how he never talks after a loss when he never looks for attention when doing good
@jayRecher Hey Jay, can you send me your address so I can send you some tissues to wipe your tears. What a baby lol. Can’t help but wonder if the Lightning would’ve won that first round series if Kucherov spoke to the media
@HardenTheMVP@lllllllIIIllv And why is it that Montreal’s top guys can be way worse and they still win, but the Lightning can never win when Kucherov/point struggle. I’d say puck luck is a big reason, but Kucherov is relied upon too much
@HardenTheMVP@lllllllIIIllv Like yea he has not been good enough these last few years, but why are we just gonna act like those other years didn’t happen. This team wouldn’t win more than 25 games if they trade him
@HardenTheMVP@lllllllIIIllv It’s hilarious how he gets all the blame when they lose but when they were winning and he was doing things not done since Gretzky and lemieux the credit goes to gourde goodrow coleman lol
@957WDAE@TKras He hasn’t played up to his standards last few years but are we just gonna ignore the 7-8 years prior? The guy has to carry the team every year. When he isn’t putting up great numbers they lose, but how come the team can never pick him up when he’s not at his best?
@957WDAE@TKras He has it easy? Who is out there every day in the summer busting his balls to get better? Also helping his teammates become better. You like how Goncalves played? Well guess who worked with him in the offseason. You’re acting like he’s not trying. He wants to win too
@DKThompson Some bad moves but also some great ones. Failure to address the power play at the deadline was a major L, but ultimately this was still a good team. Just didn’t win
@ECloskyWTSP The Lightning were a game away from being knocked out in first round in 2015, they end up going to the final, same for 2022. People need to stop acting like this wasn’t a good team. If a bounce goes their way tonight they may have been playing into June. That’s just how it goes
@ECloskyWTSP Well said, should’ve put all caps for damn good team. People don’t realize how thin the margins are between losing in the first round or making a deep run
