@WhatChaosShow Okay but do we actually get to properly see that black Bruins shirt at some point? (I was legit soo distracted by that. Like @PeteBlackburn you tease 🙄😂)
@MarcelloMarcton@MailSport Well I don't know about you but my earnings & daily meals don't come from protecting allegeded rapists. So I'm not particularly worried here. Are you?

Just recently talked to a friend who quoted someone saying that sexualised violence is basically decriminalized in practice, even if not by law.
And I mean, it really is. Like look at the verdicts across several countries. They are - in the majority of cases - absolute jokes...
“I was just showing off and being a lad. I don’t know why I did it.”
The jury didn't find he had "intention to harm" when he sent a picture of her sleeping, naked, to 70 men, asking "Anyone want a go😂?"
So that clears him, according to the law.

@_emilyoram No clearly not. I feel like I read some earlier news on this where it was a lot more vague though? But it definitely was on the same case - everything else fits.
Can't recommend searching for this kind of stuff though. Just found another case I had never heard of 🤢
Surprised there hasn’t been more reporting of this case.
The ‘leading Premier League figure’ (legally, we can’t name him) who has been accused of sex offences including rape.
FA safeguarding inquiry now underway. He denies any wrongdoing. @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/GJiAcyHRam
@_emilyoram It's hard to keep track but the last one I read about I thought implied it was someone in football but not an (active) player?
Or maybe I got that wrong bc these are so vague but that's what I thought. Maybe that was before last week though so not the same one you're thinking of?
@globetheatre I saw a thrilling performance of "More Ghost Stories at Candlelight" by @_HighTide_
Loved how they wove modern topics like climate change, pandemics, feminism and queer love into some old school ghost stories. And what a haunting recital by literal candlelight 🕯️/3
Cause I'm catching up my latest London trip on Insta - what a pleasure to see @TobiasMenzies and Emma D'Arcy on stage. Still thinking about the play a week later. It was superbly written and acted and so multifaceted. Don't regret going on a bit of a theatre marathon to see it /1
Like I originally had a ticket for a show at The Globe for 7pm but managed to get it changed to the 9pm performance. So I could then catch The Other Place at The National at 6:30pm. And take a leisurely walk along the Thames to Sam Wanamaker after. What a lovely evening 🍂🥰 /2
