@andyburnham They need to stop picking on the vulnerable people, like my husband, and charge the people who really are trying not to pay! We work hard and don’t have money to be paying unfair fines. Check your CCTV @TfL and you’ll see he tapped to pay and your machine didn’t work!

Disappointed with @TfL. My husband was issued a penalty fare after tapping his bank card to board #Metroline bus, but the tap didn’t register and he didn’t realise. He is hearing impaired and was simply travelling to work. Please review the bus CCTV as it should show him tapping.

I had a query regarding my bill with @BritishGas and they told me to ring customer service. Although I had told them the reason I was emailing to log a complaint was because their customer service was rude and unhelpful. My bill seems to be charging me for past usage! 🤷🏽‍♀️
