1. Sure death of quality healthcare in Rajasthan, and today's private (including corporate) set-ups will also start working like government hospitals.
2. Complete destruction of the pt-Dr relationship.

I never felt hopeless even with poor government payments (In fact, 60% of our pts were poor, and we treated them free of cost through donations, didn't even take 1 rupee from Govt). I faced harassment and even blackmailing but was still hopeful but now it all looks dark.

After returning from Canada, I wanted to start the only Peds Hem-Onco&BMT program in Rajasthan (my birthplace). Started in 2015 at Manipal and is now one of the best in India. Now after RTH, I left Rajasthan with a sad heart, as I can't see a ray of hope.
