That family member is at it again with their pointed comments about you. As much as you have told them stop, they won’t listen.
You can be angry about it, but you are more than the fury in your chest.
Ask Allah to remove it with this du’a. Save in on Ameen: https://t.co/IZjm5F6eMx
my mom once told me “accountability will always feel like an attack when you are not ready to acknowledge how your behavior harms others” and that shit is real.
Hello @Kenyajudiciary what category do the delivered judgments/rulings on CTS fall under?? It has been a more than a week since we attended court and the courts told us the decisions will be uploaded on the CTS before COB. @CJMarthaKoome take charge of the institution
ODPP backs campaign for Bamba court to improve access to justice in Kilifi
The Office joined justice sector stakeholders in advocating for the establishment of a court in Bamba, Ganze Sub-County, to improve access to justice and strengthen the handling of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) cases.
The proposal was discussed during a multi-agency stakeholder and community engagement forum on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) held at the Assistant County Commissioner's Boardroom in Bamba.
Participants noted that the long distance between Bamba and Kilifi town forces victims, witnesses and accused persons to travel at great cost, resulting in missed court appearances, case adjournments and delays in justice.
Kilifi Sub-County Principal Prosecution Counsel Winnie Atieno Otieno assured stakeholders of the Office’s commitment to ensuring justice is accessible to all.
The Office presented data showing that GBV cases account for a significant share of matters received and prosecuted, underscoring the need for a court closer to the community. Other agencies, including the Judiciary, Police, Health Department, Children's Services and Probation, also highlighted challenges caused by limited justice infrastructure.

Counsel owes the Court a duty to be honest, the court should reciprocate the duty of honesty. Why should a court commit to upload a Ruling/Judgment on the CTS before COB and a week later, there is nothing @Kenyajudiciary
