Great job opportunity at @CamBiochem in the @PellegriniLab . If you're interested in molecular mechanisms of DNA repair and replication, please apply and join us. We're looking forward to your application! 🙂
In this short article we provide evidence of these higher order assemblies, and discuss the potential formation of filament like assemblies, whilst giving our opinions of potential biological roles of such assemblies.
@AmandaChaplin10@CharbonnierJea7@CamBiochem Within this dataset we noticed the presence of a small population of particles representing higher order oligomers of DNA-PK. These are able to form via the combination of the two previously reported dimer forms.
Midlands Cryo-EM Facility @uniofleicester has a permanent post for an Experimental Officer to assist/ train users on everything Cryo-EM incl sample preparation, data collection &processing. We have a Titan Krios G3-Bioquantum-K3, screening microscope etc https://t.co/BnWiQAiuRk
New work from @_M_Carminati shows that dephosphorylation of RNA polymerase II by CPF (the 3' end processing machinery) promotes Pol II dimerisation. @mcemremnv @MRC_LMB @ERC_Research
