@GeneInvesting@RandomGuyTHFC My point is, biologically there is no reason they should โget betterโ. They could stabilize. Of course. What causes mortality in TTR? Is it circulating monomer, or deposited cardiac plaques? Does NTLA (or bbio alny or pfe) impact plaque? No. 36, uncontrolled. Wool eyes
@GeneInvesting@RandomGuyTHFC They donโt get better. I understand what you are looking at in the data. We can agree a) 36 patients can only โhintโ and b) absence of control is tough with earlier dx and taf. Biologically there is zero reason to expect โimprovementโ without plaque impact.
