As we are entering 2021Q4 I'm really curious to know your goals for this year end

For me I set 2 goals:
- 50 users receiving @Bipdash weekly email digest of threads
- At least 6 editions of email digest sent

Going to be a marathon 🏃‍♂️

I may or may not revisit the numbers 🤷‍♂️

I have kept the initial idea of engagement score = (RT + likes)/followers, and so far so good

But happy to collect feedback and iterate on it!
