Statement from the former directors of Three Arrows Capital Ltd:

It is our understanding that DeFiance Capital (DC) and Starry Night Capital (SNC) funds were always managed separately from other pools of capital at Three Arrows Capital Ltd (TACL). Procedurally and in practice, we believe DC and SNC should be treated as segregated funds, in that we, when as the directors of TACL, did not actively manage the DC and SNC funds.

As the current acting liquidator for TACL, we believe Teneo is repeatedly overreaching in their attempt to seize other investors’ funds. Even on a technical and legalistic approach, the DC and SNC assets rightfully belong to the feeder funds of TACL, which are also in liquidation and have appointed Interpath to administer the process. We expect in the due process of law that both DeFiance Capital and Starry Night Capital investors should retain ownership of their respective assets.
