I recently had a start-up problem with my old Mac laptop, spoke to tech support at The Computer Store, took it in, and they retrieved my data and got the laptop up and running again. Can't thank them enough! #greatcustomerservice #TCSGrenada #Grenada https://t.co/Y1M0fncGnN

Non-existant service from @Microsoft 'customer support'. After locking my brother out of his #Microsoft365 account 10 days ago because his laptop was stolen after a house break in. He has a case number but no one has yet called him as promised each time we contact @MicrosoftHelps

[BizHarbour, Grenada @BizHarbour]

Sheesh! Lesson is not to rely on @Microsoft or @MicrosoftHelps if your computer or laptop are stolen. Buy an @Apple Mac!

[Freelancealot @Freelancealot]

No one from @Microsoft or @MicrosoftHelps has yet called my brother after 8 days of being given a case number and being told they will contact him, they will escalate, they will call in 24 hours... They have locked him out of his #Microsoft365 account as his laptop was stolen!

[Freelancealot @Freelancealot]

He has medical records in his #OneDrive that he needs access to. @Microsoft is literally preventing their paying customer from accessing their own personal data. Any legal eagles have any opinions on this?

[Freelancealot @Freelancealot]

@MicrosoftHelps my brother had his laptop stolen. He has been locked out of his Microsoft account as a result. He contacted you via support form and it said you would call him. Three days later still no call! He has just tried to access your support forum but you have a problem.

A good customer service response is as important as the quality of your product or service.

[Tracy Shorrock @TracyShorrock]

Thank you @republicbankgd for calling me this afternoon and for the email. Hopefully we can now get this sorted out quickly.

[Tracy Shorrock @TracyShorrock]

.... refused to give me anything in writing and would only say it was a 'system error' and that the money would be back in my @RBS account in 'around 10 days'. So I am here in #Grenada minus 600ec. All I can do is wait for 10 days to see if N. Drakes's word is worth anything.
