Sadly this was not a hypothetical situation… And I did speak to the team at TD To be told I would only be refunded for part of this issue although the glitch affected both entry and cancellation timing and data

The sad part is this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with their platform that has resulted in me biting the bullet… This is becoming A unreliable service to say the least without any self accountability

@TDAmeritrade I am lost for words… I basically was told that there was a glitch in the system that caused me to lose money because I could not tell where I stood On my position until minutes after which resulted in me losing a nice amount of money and will not be reimbursed…
