The Exploitation List :
1. Forced Labour on Public Holidays:
The management forcefully calls employees on National Holidays. This is a violation of the Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act.

2. Night Shift Exploitation & Safety Issues: During month closings, employees are called at Mid, Their shift ends at earlier (9 hours), a time when no public transport is available.The company provides NO transport facility, forcing employees to wait at the office until dawn.

3. Salary Payment Delays (Section 17, Code on Wages): Salaries are consistently delayed until the 15th, ignoring the legal mandate of the 7th of every month.

4. PF Contribution Evasion (Section 2(y)): With a Basic Pay of only ₹4,000 against a ₹17,500 CTC, the company is illegally manipulating the wage structure to avoid its statutory PF liability.

4. Zero Basic Amenities: Despite being a large office, there is zero provision for basic beverages like tea or water. Employees are forced to go outside and spend their own money even for a cup of tea. This highlights the pathetic "Employee Welfare" standards.

5. FnF Fraud: Defying the New Wage Code (which requires settlement in 2 working days), they force a 45-day wait and threaten to "Hold Salary" if anyone protests.
This is a classic case of Unfair Labour Practice, and harassment.
