There are so many reasons why we struggle to express our feelings, ask for what we want from others and fail to show up when we need to have a crucial conversation.
Fear of rejection, putting our feelings into words, being vulnerable, feeling weak or allowing ourselves to trust someone else are some of the main reasons that leave us feeling frustrated, resentful or anxious.
If you don't learn how to change your narrative and take control of your emotions then you will continue to let someone else hold your pen and write your story.
If you can't show up for yourself when you really need to then what makes you think that you really know how to show up for someone else in the way that they actually need you? If you can't ask for what you want then do you really understand your intentions for why you are in a relationship?
If you don't value yourself enough to ask for what really matters to you then you will likely pick a partner that will reinforce your low self-esteem and weaponize it against you.
There are two main thoughts that I want you to consider:
1. Every relationship is transactional— love is a free gift.
2. Every conversation is a negotiation.
Once you really understand these then you can begin to learn how to create trust and respect in your relationships by coming to an agreement that is fair to everyone.
The key to a successful relationship is collaboration. We create collaboration through mutual purpose (common ground) and respect, which leads to understanding and surrender (open mind, calm body). These steps build self-esteem and confidence which leads to peaceful conversations, emotional connection and safety.
When you apply these insights with the right strategies, then being able to ask for what you want and showing up in the way that you need to will be easy and rewarding.

Moment of truth coming up here for $TRUMP.
Either we bounce and begin the ascent back to previous highs.
Or we continue to descend.
I put my money on the bounce, insider sell pressure is like a pendulum, when they want it to swing the other way it will.
"In our industry, survival isn’t for the faint-hearted. You cannot make it by questioning everything and trying to fight alone. 'No one succeeds alone; even the strongest need a team.' Surround yourself with people who hustle as relentlessly as you do—day in, day out—because the right circle is your greatest weapon.
'Faith is the glue of any team.' Trust each other, push each other, and rise together. Without this, the fall is inevitable. First, you'll lose money. Then, you'll lose your focus and your sense of purpose. Eventually, you may lose the people who matter most. And from there, the comeback becomes a mountain nearly impossible to climb.
But with the right people by your side, no storm can break you. 'Greatness isn’t achieved alone; it’s built with a team that refuses to quit.' So find your tribe, believe in their fire, and light the way to success—together."
