@SimonCalder Hi Simon, could I ask some advice please. Jet 2 have cancelled by flight on 17th July (Edinburgh to Alicante) & stated a refund will be sent however I've had a look at CAA - are Jet2 supposed to give me a choice of refund or a suitable alternative flight ? Thanks

@WestbyWarrior Someone sent me this link at weekend saying that is showed R rate as 1.66 https://t.co/qVMnpZFu4Z . I looked earlier today and it showed 0.59 but now it doesn't even work. I don't think it can be classed as an accurate indication & perhaps does more harm than good
