@Mericamemed Processed food. Make a bunch of it yourself and you can freeze them. Thick sliced bread, eggs, milk, cinnamon, mix, dip and put on parchment lined pan and bake, flip, get toasty and cut into sticks. Freeze on cookie sheet then transfer to a freezer bag, keep in the freezer.

@TaraBull My question is why not rent out the other room? Why do you need a 2 bedroom apartment? $1600 for 2 bedrooms is actually cheap these days. Many cost $2200-2300.
