🚨 CRE brokers, brace yourselves. AI is coming for your commissions.
After seeing the comment "Sarah Connor just went from smoking 2 packs a day to 3..." on 8 News Now's YouTube video of my recent interview, I couldn't help myself with this response.
Let me be clear: @AgrippaInc is no Skynet... quite the opposite, actually.
But we absolutely intend to replace CRE brokers who bring little value to the table.
Don't get me wrong, there are excellent brokers out there... but many are useless middlemen adding unnecessary costs.
Just like Grok serves X users, Marcus is designed to forecast behavior, provide feedback, and uncover hidden leverage for Agrippa's users.
Both capital seekers and providers need guidance. As an omniscient dealmaker, Marcus will help steer all parties toward the most optimal outcome.
There's still significant work ahead... Marcus must account for all deal types, property types, user characteristics, and more.
But this $45M deal was an exciting first step in our thesis of combining AI and game theory.
Long. Live. Marcus.

And just cancelled my Gemini Ultra account.
Subs and their egos 😂
Assuming you’re under a standard AIA A401 (incl. A201), the GC literally has the right to supervise and direct the overall work, control the schedule, require you to cooperate to prevent delay, and issue written directives.
If he can prove actual delay and material non-cooperation, you’ve opened the door to a potential lawsuit.
But yeah… you really showed him who’s boss!
@rohde88 So many people in CRE, even seasoned folks, fall into that first mental framework… and it surprises me.
The latter is for thinkers and strategists.
Understanding all the levers, their correlations, when to pull them, how to pull them, etc. is what makes this game fun.
@ColeKosco_ Lol.
Looks like we’re already at that point in the cycle when “you can just do things” becomes “you can just say things.”
Hedge responsibly.
@kimmonismus Fable was solid pre-ban. Now it’s absolute trash. Plus, usage limitations make it unusable.
Opus 5 is god awful. Plain and simple.
As for harness, Claude Code is as bad as it gets. Incredibly token inefficient.
Anyone who says Claude > Codex clearly doesn’t review their code.
@darrenmarble Have to disagree with this one...
Previously being named Chief Investment Officer at 24 years old + closing ~$600M in deals by 26 earned me significant credibility with both my investors and users.
@nelsonpuc_@sufianszn@camjmann Now that’s a valid point.
(And honestly I don’t fully understand what “aura” means… Gen Z speak is beyond me.)
But people seem to be criticizing his form, not his language.
Yeah I’ll second that.
And “starting somewhere” doesn’t imply a serious path to going pro.
He explicitly referred to it as a “hobby.” You can “start somewhere” in a hobby that’s just for fun.
It’s still great for exercise, discipline, humility, and learning to defend yourself (against lesser fighters).
