@BritishGasHelp spent 3 hrs talking to online chat /call centre advisors re: random debt collector letter. Pay my bill every month by DD, never missed a payment and no one can tell me why I got this letter “i am in evolve dept you need to speak to classic dept” back and forward
Full online chat transcript and call recordings are available. The advisors were lovely but everyone of them had to pass me to a diff dept and all said same thing “no idea why you received this letter, you need to speak to x dept” even the “classic” department

Hello? Any response at all? @curryspcworld I’ve tried to contact you by every means available to me and I now have a paper trail proving that you have failed to acknowledge & address your customer’s issues. I will be lodging a formal complaint first thing in the morning.
@curryspcworld my ‘next day’ delivery is now 9 DAYS LATE. You had no issue in taking the funds from my account and I even paid for next day delivery. You haven’t made any effort to contact me and the courier @DPDgroup_news advised that they haven’t received the TV from you....
